It may be foolhardy but here it is i am throwing it down...

Lisa Boyle was in a episode of Erotic Confessions called "Caught Bi Surpise"

This episode is pretty much the Holy Grail of Erotic Cinema.

To date there are no screenshots, clips, nothing of this episode in question.

I have Contacted Lisa Boyle and confirmed the episode does exist.

I have also repeatedly tried to contact Robert Lombard of MRG Entertainment on the softcore reviews forum. He really must not like me because all he does is ignore me.

MRG Entertainment at least at one point own the rights and distributed it on hbo/cinemax. My guess is that distribution deal has expired and now the episodes are just collecting dust somewhere.

So fuck it, I am if nothing else blurting out my frustration with MRG Entertainment for there complete incompetence and idiot-ness.

I don't even know how MRG is still in business as it simply refuses to adapt to the times, and requests from the small skinemax fan base like me and others.

Anyway here is the point, I will pay anyone who can produce this episode to me $1,000 for this episode.

I hope if nothing else it spreads the word and if the tapes are locked away in MRG's video vault someone working there will make a copy and will score my reward/bounty.

If anyone else wants to chip into the pot by all means. This episode exits somewhere, and there is someone out there that has it or can get it.

Also this episode was not released on any dvd or vhs format in the entire world as far as i know.

The only shot is maybe is some asian country that i never heard of or somewhere like that as far as being on some kind of released media.

The erotic confession series was releases on 8 dvds in Australia back in 2002/03. I am looking into that but its doubtful the episode was on any of those dvds.

There are sellers on places like ioffer but i am guessing those are just vhs to dvd transfers from the tapes that where released in the u.s. None of them have the episode i want.


Now here are my guidlines:

$1,000 sent to you via my paypal after receiving the episode in question. You can even direct invoice me to my account.

I will only pay the full amount if it is in very good "dvd" quality, or similar very good quality if its a cable tv or satellite recording.

It the version is of lower grade quality. An example would be taken from a vhs tape and the viewing quality is not the best i will offer to pay but only 3/4 to 1/2 of my original reward price.

So the better quality the better the reward, plain and simple.

I want to make one thing very clear, I want to see this episode before i die. Lisa Boyle is the hottest erotic actress and i don't think there will ever be anyone as hot as her in the genre again.

Did MRG Entertainment not distribute the series on hbo/cinemax ? Or at the very least help in some way, because if MRG still has the license to distribute the series then they probably have the episodes/tapes.

Robert that is why i keep asking you about the series. I would love to get an answer on this question one way or another.

If MRG is the distributor of the series or was then since you work for them you could find out the answer.

So excuse me New Frontier had the distribution rights not specifically MRG, of god what the hell ever.

It's been a few years since Cinemax has aired any of the Erotic Confessions episodes. I doubt if they have the rights to air them anymore. It looks like they had a five year deal that got renewed for another five years. But even the newest of those is over ten years old. DVD releases are not on New Frontiers business model. They are more interested in turning MRGs back catalog into Compilation movies and hope Cinemax or Shotime will pick it up for 65 grand.

I brought up the idea of burning DVDs on order such as Warner Archives is doing but they didn't want to staff a couple of people to do the work. They spent 12 million for MRG mostly just for the back catalog another million for Gary Orona's back catalog and they didn't want to spend $100,000 for the hardware and $150,000 a year for staff.

I also emailed both Gary and New City Releasing as well, lets see if they can give me any info.

The sad part is i should not even have to make a thread offering a bounty for this episode.

If the producers and distributors would have just released the entire series on dvd in 1 box set like i asked several times.

I would not have to resort to things like this, and i have yet to hear back from new city or gary orona.

Hi Powerfred,

Just saw your offer. I  may have it; I haven't yet looked.

In those years, I used to have DirectTIVO and I got into the habit of offloading stuff to DVD-R. I used to get blanks for about $25 per 100 in a big stack. The burned DVD-Rs are still sitting in these stacks, not well organized. I know a bunch of those episodes were offloaded, so this episode may be in a stack. If so, it is good quality since the TIVO records in the digital domain and it is only converted to analog for playback. So if it is there, it would be approximately the same quality of DirecTV for pay channels, since I used a fast recording speed. A step below a commercial DVD (if it existed), but a lot better than VHS.

So I'll try to help if I have the thing.
