When is Cinemax going to get it over with and just start an all-softcore channel? They already have ActionMax, 5 star Max and MoreMax. They might as well launch an all softcore channel as well. God knows there's enough material out there to support it. And hey - they can actually call it "Skinemax" too!

I usually dont participate in cinemax and the like discussions, simply because I don't have those channels nor watch tv really. But this is a great idea, props rama2012.

The word skinemax is widely known and would definitely get publicity from a channel even existing with that name. Plus a 24 hour softcore channel would be tits!

Seriously, this is a great idea.  I've always wondered whether they even bothered to trademark the word "Skinemax".  Seems to me they could've traded in on that name with a DVD series over the years.

Phasing out... not likely. The days of SC seven nights a week may be few though, with MAX branching out into different types of programming(Hunted, Cross Fire)fairly rapidly.

Check out the Max Go feature on your smart phone or your computer. They have a very nice selection of Skinemax stuff on there.

I can totally believe that. Softcore probably isn't nearly as profitable as it once was, what with all the easy to obtain hardcore and gape porn only a few clicks away. Showtime has REALLY thinned out their softcore; they've even edited down movies like Voyeur: The Motion Picture which wasn't even graphic to begin with.
