I think the titles of DVDs sold by Torchlight Pictures are created by a random title generator. Since there’s usually a bare minimum of plot, the titles rarely have much to go on. In this one there are Hotties, but don’t expect them to be Hopping from Bar to Bar. But, I assure you, even if you missed Bar Hopping Hotties 1, you’ll still be able to pick up the plot in this one.
The frame to the tale is a guy surfing the internet for porn, looking for the site barhoppinghotties.com, and being redirected everywhere else but the site he wants. We see what he sees on his laptop. He finds Jenna Haze masturbating in a kitchen, occasionally posing with a spatula. Then a skinny girl with weird-looking tits shows up riding a guy in a boathouse. Then Jenna and another hot blonde take a soapy shower together and masturbate each other, followed by Monica Mayhem trying on some outfits.
In Act III, the script resolves itself when our hero finally makes it to barhoppinghotties.com, where he finds Jenna Haze getting served (in a softcore way) by a guy in a bar, so the title did actually make sense in the end, and everyone can go home happy, even Robert McKee, whose screenwriting seminar probably doesn’t cover these sort of stories. Luckily Robert McKee does not appear, nor get naked, in this film. Jenna Haze does, and that is alright with me.
The girls are very hot. The explicitness is slightly hotter than late night cable, but nothing overly notable. If anything the scenes go on too long, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing provided they actually go somewhere. The first scene, for instance, features the perfectly sexy August (I think – other than Jenna Haze, the names of the actresses are, uh, hazy) masturbating in a pool. How sad then that I felt the need to fast forward through it, partly because it became boring after the first five minutes, but mostly out of worry that August was going to prune up.
